VenCap International plc (the “Firm” or “Principal”) is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under firm registration number 122451. VenCap International plc has appointed VenCap (Channel Islands) Limited (firm registration number 943829) as an Appointed Representative of the Firm in respect of regulated activities as set out below.  You can check this information on the FCA register by visiting www.fca.org.uk/register or by contacting the FCA on 0800 111 6768.

The appointed representative can carry out the following financial activities on behalf of the Firm:

    • advising on a particular investment which is any of those listed under the corresponding permission of the Principal on the FS Register

    • arranging (bringing about) deals in investments falling within any of those listed under the corresponding permission of the Principal on the FS Register;

    • dealing in investments falling within any of those listed under the corresponding permission of the Principal on the FS Register;

    • making arrangements with a view to transactions in investments falling within any of those listed under the corresponding permission of the Principal on the FS Register;

    • agreeing to carry on an activity contained above;

in each case subject to any and all limitations on the corresponding permission of the Principal on the FS Register.
